The House of Biskota is a small family owned business, run by Nick Commisso along with his sons, Simon & Paul in the bakery.  Daughter, Beth, looks after the retail and admin side of the business. Elder daughter, Emilie, helps out during the busy times. Together they, along with their other valued employees, are committed to producing only the finest biscuits and cookies for your pleasure.

They bring a vast array of experience, passion and enthusiasm with them, and are commited to continually developing and expanding their range of biscuits.
